NERPA505 Update

Hello 505!  This update id for the week of 1 May 11.

(1) Tonight is monthly safety briefing and Aerospace Education emphasis.  The uniform of the day is BDUs.
(2) Testing and mentoring opportunities will be provided for squadron cadets.
(3) Thanks to all who attended the Cadet Conference and Commanders Call on 30 Apr.  Following is a note from Maj. Brown, 505 Dep. Commander for Cadets: "our senior cadets provided excellent leadership.  All cadets were well behaved."  Attendees included seinor members Maj. Brown, SM Johnson and Chaplain Matheny; and cadets C/2 Lt Matheny, C/SMSgt Hagberg, C/MSgt Matheny, C/SrA Johnson, C/AB Rickerson, Mahaney and Marketich.
(4) Dates to remember:
  • 18-25 Jun 11, Basic Cadet Encampment & Cadet Leadership School, Fort Indiantown Gap.
