(1) For those of you who missed Capt. Orris' Emergency Services class last night, the attached General Emergency Services notes cover most of his material and quite a bit more that he did not have time to address. Current and prospective CAPF 101 card holders should be familiar with the GES material.
(2) Ch. Capt. Matheny, C/2 Lt. Matheny, and C/MSgt. will be out of town 19 through 26 Nov. Ch. Matheny may be contacted, if needed, via his cell phone number. It is unlikely that he will be able to check email.
(3) The 30 Nov. meeting will be Aerospace Education emphasis. Testing will also be offered to those who are prepared. The uniform of the day is BDUs.
(4) Mark your calendars:
- Wednesday, 1 Dec, is the birthday of the Civil Air Patrol.
- Saturday, 11 Dec, beginning at 1200 hrs, is the target for laying wreaths on veteran's graves at the Pine Grove Cemetery, Russell. All cadets and senior members who will be available to participate should notify Capt. Hagberg.
Semper Vigilans! See you on the 30th, and don't forger to invite a friend! Be proud of who you are and what you do in CAP!
